We deliver orders to all countries within the European Union. Shipments are handled primarily by DHL. Large or oversized shipments may be delivered by Rhenus Logistics or dedicated freight transport, depending on parcel dimensions and the destination country.

Shipping to EU countries not listed above is possible upon prior email arrangement.
We offer international shipping to destinations outside the European Union upon prior email arrangement.
For shipments outside the European Union, the standard method of delivery is postal shipping. Please note that the maximum permissible parcel weight for postal shipments is 20 kg. Depending on the destination country and the dimensions of the shipment, alternative delivery methods (courier service or special transport) may be available. Such options always require prior confirmation by email before placing an order.
For shipments outside the European Union, orders are invoiced without VAT. Any import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees or other local charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are settled in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Please note that dimensional limits, weight restrictions and local import regulations may apply. To confirm shipping availability and costs, please contact us by email prior to placing an order, providing details of the product(s) and the destination country.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Within the European Union, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number is provided for every parcel, allowing you to monitor the shipment status and estimated delivery time online.
We offer secure online payment methods, including Visa and Mastercard, Google Pay (GPay) and PayPal.
Traditional bank / wire transfer is also available. Payment details are provided during the order process or on the issued proforma invoice, where applicable.
An invoice or other applicable proof of purchase is issued for every completed order.
If you wish your EU VAT number to be included on the invoice, please provide it during the order process or send it to us by email, including your company name and order reference.
All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, in accordance with the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer.
If a product received is found to be defective, please contact us and provide a brief description of the issue. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the applicable procedures and regulations. Where applicable, we will arrange repair or replacement.
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.
Returned products must be sent back at the customer’s expense, in good condition and, where possible, in the original packaging.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. In the case of bank transfers, refunds are made to the bank account provided by the customer.
