This is possible by changing the standard gear of the declination and right ascension axis to a dedicated belt gear with the appropriate tensioners.

The modified belt transmission has the same ratio as the standard version, so its replacement in no way affects the operation of the assembly or the functionality of the SynScan ™ drive
