After placing the electronic eyepiece in the microscope tube in place of the traditional eyepiece, it allows you to view the preparation on the computer screen.
The electronic eyepiece allows you to take pictures and videos of the prescribed preparations. Such photos can then be freely processed digitally in graphic programs.
The included software allows you to control all possibilities and parameters of the electronic eyepiece, manage acquired images and prepare slideshows.
The camera has a physical resolution of 2560x1944 pixels and is compatible with the majority of microscopes adapted to the eyepiece diameter of 23 mm or 30 mm.

>> FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS << Question : What is the difference in the resolution of cameras and how should they be understood? Is the 1.3 camera much better than 640x480?
Answer: You can save the camera's resolution in two formats: either as a total number of pixels (eg 3 MPix) or as a product of two numbers corresponding to the width and height of the image / camera shot. So we have:
• 320x240 = 0.08 MPix (less than 1/10 million pixels)
• 640x480 = 0.3 MPix (0.3 million pixels)
• 1280x1024 = 1.3 MPix (1.3 million pixels)
• 2048x1536 = 3.0 MPix (3 million pixels)
• 2592x1944 = 5.0 MPix (5 million pixels)
Of course, the more pixels, the better the class we get the picture, with more details. At the same time, the highest resolution cameras are less suitable for making movies (smaller value fps - frames per second ), and the image displayed on the screen is getting slower and slower. For normal operation requiring high resolution of image, 1.3 or 3.0 MPix cameras are used, for high-quality photos - resolution cameras from 5.0 MPix upwards.

Pictures scaled up to 500 pixels, downloadable raw pictures in JPG format (note: the size of a single JPG image is about 5 MB, the camera allows you to save photos in BMP format, without compression, the size of a single BMP image is about 9MB)
