An excellent telescope for beginners and intermediate enthusiasts of astronomy. Soligor MT-800 is equipped with a mirror with a diameter of 200mm made of Pyrex, a glass with a small coefficient of thermal expansion. Crayford's 2-inch diameter reduction with a 1.25-inch reduction allows the use of two-inch glasses, thanks to which you can significantly increase the field of view at a given magnification.

It is a versatile astronomical instrument: one can see through it, among others, craters on the moon, surface details of planets and hundreds of nebular objects. It is worth noting, however, that the large lighted mirror predestines this telescope for observing comets, nebulae, star clusters, galaxies and all objects of the so-called deep sky. Precise optics, solid mechanics, easy to use assembly and a good refinement of the whole set guarantee a lot of sleepless nights at the eyepiece of this telescope. So, as astroamators in the USA say: Clear skies!

Warning!
