ZWO ASI 432MM is a professional monochrome camera which, due to its large pixel diameter and wide field of view, is especially recommended for photographing the Sun and the Moon. This model is equipped with a sensor with almost twice the surface area of the ASI174MM camera, which for a long time was the gold standard in solar astrophotography. Combined with a much larger pixel diameter and high sensitivity, ZWO ASI 432MM sets new standards in imaging our nearest star, and thanks to the ability to record up to 120 frames per second, ¿Fast-moving objects such as the International Space Station.

The heart of this camera is a Sony IMX432 sensor, using Pregius 3 ™ technology with a global shutter shutter and pixels with a diameter of up to 9 µm. This sensor also has a negligibly low level of readout noise, which for an amplification of 14 db is only 4.3 e. In combination with an advanced 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a large dynamic range, this guarantees wonderful frames with unprecedented detail.

The whole is closed in a light and compact housing made of aluminum and finished in red color characteristic for ZWO products.
