Monthly guide to the sky

A classic guide to the beginnings of the sky. This edition of the famous guide on the night sky by Ian Ridpath and Wil Tirion contains information about the locations of planets and eclipses until the end of 2019. In the subsequent chapters, the reader will find descriptions of bright stars, constellations, star clusters, nebulae and galaxies. Fifty legible and easy-to-use maps will allow you to become familiar with the sky of the Northern Hemisphere. Most of the objects described can be seen with the naked eye, and all are within the reach of the binoculars or a small telescope.

In the book, among others:
- advice for moon observers
- maps of the Moon with the names of the formation of its surface
- advice for observers of the four brightest planets: Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn
- information about the positions of planets and eclipses until the end of 2019
