The Sky-Watcher AVANT AZ-EQ mount can operate in both alt-azimuth and equatorial (equatorial) modes. It combines a compact, lightweight design with precise mechanics, making it convenient to transport and stable during observations. Worm gears with 122 teeth on both axes ensure smooth movements and precise tracking – even at high magnifications – from the horizon to near the zenith.
