Svbony CLS EOS-C Light Pollution Ultra High Contrast is a professional astrophotographic filter dedicated to cutting out the main lines that are part of urban light pollution.
This filter was made by depositing it on a glass substrate using the ion-assisted deposition method, thanks to which it is characterized not only by high thermal stability and no risk of moving the work window, but also is resistant to accidental scratches. This filter is characterized by high permeability for the Hα (656 nm), Hβ (486 nm), OIII (496 nm; 500 nm), SII (672 nm) bands, while maintaining the ability to effectively cut out spectral lines emitted by urban lighting, thus significantly improving the contrast in the images obtained.
The filter can be used with Canon EOS-C cameras • a broadband filter made by depositing on a substrate by ion-assisted deposition • high transmission for main spectral lines emitted by nebular objects • efficient cut-out of light pollution • filter type: broadband • Filter mount: Compatible with Canon EOS-C cameras • filter thickness: 1.85 mm • passbands: Hα (656 nm), Hβ (486 nm), OIII (496 nm; 500 nm), SII (672 nm) • maximum transmission in the permeability window: 90% • blocked bands: lines of mercury and sodium lamps (589 nm; 435 nm; 578 nm) • permeability for blocked bands: 0.1% • Svbony CLS EOS-C Light Pollution Ultra High Contrast filter 12 months
