Vortex Diamondback HD 2000 is a professional laser rangefinder designed for the most demanding users looking for precise and reliable measuring equipment. The device enables measurements over a distance exceeding 1800 meters, which, combined with low weight and compact dimensions, makes it a perfect tool for work in all field conditions.
The rangefinder has an optical system with seven times magnification and a field of view of 6.4°. Thanks to the use of the best types of optical glass, Vortex constructors managed to achieve in this model a perfect correction of chromatic aberration, which translates into faithful color reproduction. In order to further improve the optical parameters, the lenses have been covered with an anti-reflective Vortex XR™ coating, thanks to which the image in the entire field of view is extremely sharp and contrasting.
For the presentation of the measurement results, an OLED display was used, whose characteristics have been optimized to work in the most unfavorable lighting conditions.
The Vortex Diamondback HD 2000 is distinguished not only by its excellent optics and precise measurement system, but also by its excellent adaptation to field work. On the outside, the lens surfaces are covered with a Vortex ArmorTek™ protective layer that protects them against dirt and scratches, and the additionally sealed casing is resistant to moisture and dust.
