The ZWO ASI 294 MC-P camera is a professional color astronomical camera equipped with an excellent Sony IMX294 sensor and an integrated cooling system.

The use of an optical sensor built using " back-illuminated " technology has achieved unprecedented sensitivity, allowing the detection of even the weakest signals from the most distant deep-space objects. A 14-bit ADC with a wide dynamic range is responsible for processing the signal from the sensor.

Maintaining a low dark current of the matrix even during long exposures is ensured by a two-stage cooling system based on Peltier cells, which ensures absolutely negligible noise at the level of 1.2 ÷ 7.3 e.
