Messier AR-127S is a shortened version of the Messier 127L telescope. It differs in the focal ratio (1/5), and therefore in the length of the tube, which makes it more portable. However, shortening the focal length alone would have a negative impact on the image quality - a large chromatic aberration would be revealed. That is why the lens of this telescope is designed differently, as a Petzwal, a four-element lens with a field flatness and chromatic aberration corrector, largely eliminating the shortcomings of "short" telescopes. Thanks to this, Messier 127S is characterized by a large flat field of view, constituting a good proposition for people looking for an efficient astrograph and a telescope for visual observations. Recommended to all those looking for a high-quality telescope for years. A versatile astronomical instrument, good for observing both planets and the Moon, and thousands of nebulae at the same time. The stable, solid EXOS-2 (EQ-5) mount allows you to start your adventure with astrophotography.
The optics are mounted on the best-in-class EXOS-2 / EQ-5 mount, providing extensive possibilities for amateur astrophotography, equipped with a polar scope as standard. Optical system • high efficiency of the system and durability of the optics • durability and timeless appearance of the tube
Optical system mount • metal tube mounting rings • dovetail equipped with a stainless steel rail ensuring secure attachment of the tube in the mounting head and increasing the durability of the dovetail • handle for easy carrying of the tube • piggyback camera adapter for attaching a camera

This device focuses a large amount of light. Looking directly at the Sun through this device can cause partial or complete loss of vision. For observing the Sun, we recommend the safest method of eyepiece projection, i.e. projecting the image of our daytime star's disk onto a sheet of paper.
