The SVBONY MK127 telescope is a compact and powerful Maksutov-Cassegrain telescope with a diameter of 127 mm and a focal length of 1500 mm. Its f/11.8 aperture makes it ideal for observing the Moon, planets, bright deep-sky objects, and terrestrial applications. Its three-element optical design ensures high image quality and sharpness. Highly reflective (99%) dielectric coatings significantly improve image contrast and detail, especially when observing globular clusters or planetary nebulae. A built-in focusing system with quick and precise focusing knobs allows for smooth adjustment of the image to individual needs. The 0.65x focal reducer included in the kit reduces the MK127 telescope's aperture from f/11.8 to f/7.8, making it easier to frame larger objects and widening the field of view, making it suitable for capturing large sections of the sky. The optional 0.65x focal reducer allows the telescope to have a wider field of view and shorten exposure times, resulting in greater efficiency in astrophotography. The scope comes with two base feet for the finder scope, a 210mm Vixen mounting plate, a lens hood, and a dust cap. • optical type: Maksutov-Cassegrain • lens diameter: 127 mm • focal length: 1500 mm • aperture: f/11.8 (f/7.15 with 0.65x focal length reducer) • optical design: three-element, with a separate secondary mirror • coatings: highly reflective dielectric (99%) • focusing: built-in two-speed focuser (thick and precise knob) • mounting: Vixen plate, 2 accessory mounts • adapter thread: SCT 2" (24TPI) • accessories included: SCT to 2" adapter, SCT to 1.25" adapter with T2 thread, 0.65x focal length reducer • net weight: 2934 g
