Microtome is used to cut thin tissue sections while preparing preparations for observation in biological microscopes without risk of injury. It has a replaceable blade.
Use: Holding one microtome with your hands, insert the object you want to make into the hole. Then turn the blade with the other hand by grasping the handle. Cut the truncated piece with tweezers on the slide.
