Delta Optical BioLight 100 (SKU: DO-3210) is a simple, lightweight, and functional educational-class biological microscope designed for beginner users. Thanks to its solid construction and glass optics, it is an excellent tool for learning the basics of microscopy—both at home and in the classroom. The magnification range of 40–400x (up to 640x with an optional 16x eyepiece) allows observation of plant and animal cells and tissues, protozoa, and planktonic crustaceans in a drop of water.

The microscope is equipped with three achromatic objectives (4x, 10x, 40x) and a 10x eyepiece. The LED illumination works in two modes—transmitted (bottom) and reflected (top)—making it possible to observe both traditional microscope slides and opaque specimens such as minerals, leaves, insects, or fabric samples. The light intensity is adjustable, and an aperture wheel located under the stage improves image contrast and sharpness.

The microscope can be powered either by batteries (3 × AA) or from the mains—an AC adapter is included. The built-in battery power supply allows convenient fieldwork without the need for an external power source. BioLight 100 is lightweight, portable, and easy to use, making it suitable even for younger school children.
