MAGUS CHD10 is a basic HDMI camera from the MAGUS series, designed for use with a microscope. It allows you to take pictures and record videos in Full HD quality, as well as perform measurements of observed objects. Recording at a speed of 60 fps allows you to obtain a smooth and clear image even when observing moving structures. The camera works autonomously and does not require connection to a computer.
The 1/2.8" Sony Starvis color CMOS sensor with 2.9×2.9 µm pixels provides a light sensitivity of 1300 mV at 1/30 s, which enables working in low light conditions. Backlight technology increases imaging efficiency. For maximum field of view and minimum distortion, a 0.35× to 0.6× magnification adapter is recommended.
Built-in software allows you to take pictures, record videos, process them and measure. Measurement requires prior calibration for each lens using a calibration agent. The camera allows you to connect additional devices, such as a mouse or a MAGUS monitor.
The device can be mounted in the eyepiece tube or trinocular head of a microscope using a C-mount adapter and an appropriate adapter ring.
