An adapter ring (T2 Ring) enabling the connection of a photographic adapter with a T2 thread, i.e. M42x0.75 (present, for example, in many telescopes, telescope eyepieces or photographic lenses) to camera bodies with an M42x1 thread (Pentax S, Zenith and many others).
