Vixen SSW are wide-angle astronomical glasses with a field of view of up to 83 degrees. Modern, 7-element optical constructions of the Vixen SSW series are made of lanthanum glass and other exotic species, in order to obtain a flawless correction of all optical defects in a very wide field of view. Prestigious Vixen SSW glasses are, unlike 90% of the glasses currently available on the market, made in Japan. Their computer-optimized optical construction is characterized by parfocality, a constant distance of the output pupil and irrespective of the focal length with the highest contrast, transmission and sharpness. Antireflective coatings are individually matched to the type of glass, which makes their efficiency reaches as much as 99.5%! Optimization of the optical design of these glasses resulted in the lack of vignetting and darkening the image even with telescopes with light F / 4.0. These sunglasses are a great competition for such legendary eyewear as Tele Vue Nagler, Vixen LVW or Pentax XW, because they combine their advantages and eliminate the drawbacks of these already-aged structures . SSW glasses are available at 3.5 mm, 5 mm, 7 mm, 10 mm and 14 mm focal lengths. • Focal length: | 10 mm | • Field of view: | 83 ° | • Distance of the exit pupil: | 13 mm | • Number of optical elements: | 7 | • Diameter of binding: | 1.25 inches | • Anti-reflective layers: | MC | • Weight: | 220 g |
