The Fenix HM65R-T V2.0 Nebula and E04R set combines a headlamp for running, hiking and hands-free work with a compact flashlight featuring a rotating clip. The headlamp features a multicolour Nebula finish, while the E04R is black. The headlamp delivers up to 1600 lumens and a 170 m beam distance, with a choice of cool or warm white light. The E04R provides up to 300 lumens and a 46 m beam distance, along with red light and side-facing signalling effects. Each light has its own USB-C charging port.

The headlamp uses a Luminus SST40 LED for cool white light and an OSRAM GW PUSTA1.PM LED for warm white light. Choose from three cool white levels of 130, 400 and 1600 lm, or four warm white levels of 5, 130, 400 and 800 lm. One light source operates at a time. Two top-mounted buttons provide access to the light modes and brightness settings, while the tilting headlamp allows the beam to be directed towards the trail or work area.
The SPORT Fit System headband has a dial for one-handed fit adjustment. An integrated whistle and SOS mode provide signalling options. The magnesium alloy, aluminium and polycarbonate construction weighs 140 g including the battery and headband. Its IP68 rating covers dust protection and immersion to 2 m for 30 minutes, while the specified impact resistance is 2 m. A button lockout helps prevent accidental activation during transport.
The HM65R-T V2.0 includes a Fenix ARB-L18-3400 rechargeable battery with a capacity of 3400 mAh. USB-C charging takes approximately 3 hours with a 5 V / 2 A adapter. Two CR123A batteries can be used as an alternative power source; these are not charged in the headlamp. The maximum continuous-light runtime of up to 300 hours applies to the warm white 5 lm Eco setting. Thermal protection reduces brightness if the headlamp becomes too hot; the maximum 1600 lm output is not maintained throughout the entire runtime. The battery level indicator operates with Fenix ARB-L18 rechargeable batteries.
The Fenix E04R can be attached to a pocket, cap brim, backpack strap or MOLLE webbing. Its 360° rotating clip makes it easier to orient the light after attachment. White light is available at 1, 25, 100 and 300 lm, and red light at 5 and 12 lm. The side light offers red-and-blue flashing, red flashing, blue flashing, RGB Pulse and RGB Chase effects. Two buttons select the functions, and an electronic lockout helps prevent accidental activation.
The built-in 400 mAh battery charges via USB-C in approximately 2 hours. The maximum runtime of 87 hours applies to the white 1 lm Moonlight setting. The ABS and polycarbonate housing is rated IP66 and withstands drops from 1 m. Measuring 58.5 × 30 × 29.8 mm and weighing 41 g including its battery, the E04R takes up little space in an everyday carry kit.
