IF symbol means individual focus for each eye, which combined with a large depth of field gives a high comfort of use, because the binoculars, when set to the user's visual impairment, do not require focusing at a distance in the range from 25 meters to infinity. The lack of moving parts of the bridge provides increased mechanical resistance and higher water resistance.
