This all-aluminum clamp is ideal for connecting your telescope or a second instrument to your Vixen (GP) or Losmandy (CGE) bar, in an instant you will have a solid and robust connection! The clamp can also be connected directly to a tripod, thanks to the 1/4" female threaded hole in the center; this way you can insert any Vixen or Losmandy bar onto your photographic tripod. Thanks to the brass locking area, you can apply more pressure than other Vixen/Losmandy clamps, making the grip more solid and secure, also avoiding any unsightly marks on your bar due to the clamp closing. You can also replace the original clamp of your mount and, with special flanges, insert this new Vixen and Losmandy clamp! The closing pressure is not concentrated in one point, but over 25mm, so the load capacity of this clamp is much higher than its competitors, up to 35kg! All without unsightly marks on your bars!
