SLx prism sights combine the speed of entering the target using a collimator, the precision of an optical sight and a compact size, which is why they are eagerly chosen not only by astigmatists, but also by shooters looking for a universal shooting sight. over short and medium distances.
The American brand Primary Arms, famous for its high-quality optical sights, collimators, prismatic sights and shooting accessories, has taken the American market by storm, offering products with an excellent quality-price ratio. Most products have a lifetime warranty, which clearly emphasizes the confidence in the products offered. Primary Arms is also famous for its proprietary ACSS reticle, thanks to which beginner shooters can instantly improve their shooting skills. Features of the Primary Arms SLx 3x Micro Prism ACSS Raptor 7.62/.300 AAC prism sight: • compact size and low weight • the optics are covered with a multi-layer coating improving light transmission • patented ACSS Raptor reticle calibrated for 7.62/.300 AAC ammunition and expressed in yards • large exit pupil distance (69 mm) creates a large eyebox allowing for comfortable head positioning without the need to maintain a perfect optical axis • field of view of 12.6/100 meters makes it easier to aim at moving objects • Daylight Bright brightness mode allows you to shoot even in intense sunlight • 13 daytime brightness settings + 3 night vision settings • ring for quick adjustment of the mesh sharpness • crosshair illuminated in green • durable sealed design of the sight ensures resistance to fog, rain and shocks • 0.25 MOA turret clicks are felt and audible, making zeroing easier • long CR2032 battery life - up to 29,000 hours on medium brightness setting • on/off technology via the AutoLive motion sensor • optional 8-step mounting height adjustment range, including: Absolute Co-witness and Lower 1/3 • the sight with a high mount weighs only 225 g • the reticle etched on the glass is ideal for astigmatics and also works without backlight • large adjustment range of the reticle up to 80 MOA (vertical and horizontal) • lenses covered with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating • anti-reflective finish using hard anodizing technique • the set includes reinforced Picatinny rail mounting and optics covers • sight covered by a lifetime warranty Primary Arms SLx 3X MicroPrism is a compact 3x prismatic sight belonging to the respected Slx line, which owes its reputation to reliability, innovation and excellent value for money. During field testing, the Primary Arms optic was tested on SCAR 17 .308 Wins, which fired over 7,000 rounds of ammunition without harming the sights. Primary Arms SLx 3x uses an improved ACSS Raptor 5.56/.308 metric reticle etched on premium low-dispersion glass, and a reinforced mounting base ensuring stiffness and reliability of mounting on weapons.
Primary Arms SLx 3x is a prismatic sight with 3x magnification that allows easy target identification at medium range, as well as rapid shooting with both eyes at targets at close range. Many shooters struggle with the problem of astigmatism, an eye condition that causes the aiming point to be blurred/distorted, etc., when using a collimator. This makes aiming difficult, especially at small, much distant targets. This problem can be solved by replacing the collimator with a much more expensive holographic sight, a running telescope or a prismatic sight, which is breaking records of popularity across the world. Unlike collimators, prism sights with magnification have a BDC reticle, a much clearer image without parallax error. They also provide greater precision when shooting at longer distances, while enabling binocular aiming while maintaining full situational awareness. The sight has a sealed aluminum body with an IP67 protection standard, which ensures resistance to fog, rain and shocks. The sight has a large exit pupil and a large eyebox (69 mm), which allows for quick assembly without the need to maintain the correct optical axis. Thanks to this, the Primary Arms SLx 3X prismatic sight provides a wide field of view and is perfect for dynamic shooting at moving targets, where we do not always have time to properly assemble the shot. The original ACSS 7.62/.300 AAC reticle was etched on the glass, so it is visible regardless of the time of day, even without the need to use backlight. There is a metric scale under the aiming mark that allows you to estimate the distance to the target and shoot at various distances. The aiming mark has red illumination (horseshoe and chevron) with 13 daytime settings and 3 night vision settings. The use of the AutoLive motion sensor ensures extended battery life - up to 29,000 at medium brightness setting. After a long period of inactivity, AutoLive automatically turns off the crosshair illumination, which is immediately restored when you move the weapon.
ACSS Raptor is an original Primary Arms reticle calibrated to the ballistics of 7.62/.300 AAC ammunition. The ACSS Raptor mesh in the central part has a thinner chevron (inverted V) surrounded by a thicker horseshoe. Under the chevron there is a scale for estimating the distance and precisely hitting targets at various distances. The result is an intuitive reticle that is perfect for dynamic shooting at short distances and precise shooting at medium distances. ACSS is an extremely simple and at the same time functional targeting system, the advantages of which have been appreciated by beginners and experienced shooters all over the world. The scale is expressed in meters, which makes it much easier to use the reticle function.
Primary Arms SLx 3X MicroPrism features a solid aluminum assembly with key steel components for a stable and reliable zero hold. We can purchase additional raisers for the sight, allowing the sight to be placed at the appropriate height in up to 8 combinations. • linear field of view at 100 m: 12.6 m • distance from the eye: 68 mm • illumination of the reticle: yes • magnification: 3x • reticle type: ACSS Raptor 7.62 Y • turret type: covered • maximum vertical (height) adjustment: 80 MOA • maximum horizontal (airflow) adjustment: 80 MOA • gradual adjustment: 0.25 MOA • weight: 225 g • telescope set components: assembly • warranty period: lifetime warranty from the Primary Arms manufacturer 24 months
