Antlia O-III 36 mm 7 nm Prime is a professional astrophotography filter with a half-transmittance window width (FWHM) of 7 nm. It transmits light with a wavelength of 500.7 nm emitted by ionized oxygen atoms, the recording of which is particularly important when photographing emission nebulae.

This filter combines the ability to almost completely eliminate the undesirable component coming from sodium and mercury lamps with high transmittance for the O-III spectral line. It was made on a high-quality optical glass substrate, ensuring high durability.

Antlia O-III 36 mm 7 nm Prime is distinguished by a steep course of the slopes of the transmission window and a flat course of the transmittance curve. Carefully selected spectral characteristics with a half-pass width of 7 nm make the filters of the 7 nm Prime family ideally suited to cooperation with telescopes with a wide range of light intensity, including the brightest smaller f/2 astrographs.
