The Primary Arms by Holosun HE507C-GR-X2 ACSS Vulcan is a compact red dot sight for handguns, featuring a Solar Failsafe power system, Shake Awake power saving, and the innovative ACSS Vulcan reticle. Available with a green LED. The body is precision milled from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum. The entire structure is lightweight and durable, weighing just 42 g. The collimator base is made using the popular Trijicon RMR mounting standard. The device is highly resistant to weather conditions (IP67) and temporary immersion in water. The body surface is hard-anodized to protect against scratches and abrasion. The X2 version introduces a new horizontal button layout, making it more convenient to use even in its compact size. A Lock Mode function has also been added, which locks the buttons, preventing accidental changes to settings. The ACSS Vulcan revolutionizes the red dot sighting system. Instead of a classic dot, a green chevron (inverted V) is used, facilitating quick target acquisition and precise shooting at longer ranges. Additionally, the dot is supported by a large, switchable circle visible at the lens edge, which helps quickly correct positioning if the aiming point is lost. This solution provides an advantage over mechanical sights during dynamic shooting. The lenses are covered with multi-layer anti-reflective coatings, ensuring high light transmission and a clear, contrasting image free from parallax error. The collimator is powered by a CR1632 battery, which has a lifespan of up to 20,000 hours (at brightness level 6). The Solar Failsafe solar panel automatically adjusts brightness to lighting conditions, supports battery life, and in emergency situations allows continued operation even with a discharged battery. Users can choose from 10 daytime brightness levels and two night vision-compatible settings. The Shake Awake function automatically puts the sight into sleep mode after a pre-set period of inactivity, significantly saving energy. Restarting requires only moving the weapon.
