Meade Rainforest Pro is a family of handy binoculars with an advanced optical system construction, especially recommended for ornithological observations. The standard equipment of the Rainforest Pro series binoculars are prisms covered with phase phase coatings, which allows to obtain excellent resolution and brightness of the image.
Meade Rainforest Pro 8x42 are binoculars with 8x magnification equipped with lenses with a diameter of 42 mm. This instrument uses roof prisms made of high-quality BaK-4 glass covered with phase coatings, which, combined with the lens coating with a full multi-layer anti-reflective coating (FMC), makes the obtained image stand out both in terms of in terms of detail as well as faithful color reproduction.
The optical system is closed in a waterproof casing, the interior of which is filled with dry nitrogen, thanks to which the binoculars are insensitive to both unfavorable weather conditions and sudden changes in ambient temperature.
