• increased resistance to water and dust (IP68 class) The body of the Fenix UC35 V2.0 flashlight is made of hardened aluminum, subjected to the HA-III hard anodizing process, thanks to which the tube and the head of the flashlight are resistant to scratches, abrasion and mechanical damage. After reducing the dimensions of the flashlight by 10 mm, it is even more handy and comfortable to use. The textured surface of the aluminum prevents the flashlight from slipping out of the hand and from sliding off a slightly inclined surface. The flashlight has two switches: the back one to activate the light and the side one to change modes. A steel, removable clip allows you to attach the flashlight to a belt, tactical vest or backpack. The light source is a large Cree XP-L HI V3 diode, which in turbo mode emits a stream of 1000 lumens with a brightness of 17700 candela and a range of 266 m. The light is strongly concentrated thanks to the use of a smooth SMO reflector. The user has 6 light modes at his disposal: "moonlight", low, medium, high, turbo, strobe. A very useful function is the use of residual light, the so-called "Lunar" with a stream of 1 lumen, on which the flashlight can work up to 800 hours. Such a small glow is enough to discreetly illuminate a fragment of a map, a watch or find something in the inventory. To power the flashlight, we get a replaceable 18650 cell with a powerful capacity of up to 3400 mAh. Thanks to the function of the battery level indicator, we can precisely control the work of the flashlight and manage the remaining energy reserve. Each time the flashlight is turned on, the indicator informs us about the battery status for 3 seconds:
• steady green light - battery charged
• flashing green light - the battery is in good condition
• steady red light - low battery condition
• flashing red light - battery discharged
The Fenix UC35 V2.0 has a water-protected micro USB charging port that allows you to charge the included battery in just 3.5 hours. The flashlight is equipped with two tactical (rear) and side switches for changing modes. The tactical button activates a momentary light and permanent lighting. The steel side button is responsible for changing the brightness of the light and switching on the strobe. Thanks to the memory function, after the next activation of the flashlight, the last used light mode is automatically selected. Several security systems are used in the flashlight, incl. reverse polarity protection, low voltage warning and "smart protection" against overheating. The high protection class IP68 makes the flashlight resistant to complete immersion in water (to a depth of 2 m), dust, dirt and fall.
