The Focus Captain 7x50 Compass is a dedicated marine binoculars that should be a part of the equipment of every sailing enthusiast, regardless of the size of the vessel on which it traverses the sweet and salt waters.
Since binoculars are one of the basic means of ensuring safety in sailing, they should meet the highest optical quality standards. Being aware of this, the engineers of the Focus Sport Optics company equipped their product with lenses made of BaK-4 glass covered with an anti-reflective Full Broadband Multi Coating ™ (FBMC) coating. The same material was used to construct the prisms, which were additionally covered with a phase coating. Thanks to these procedures, the Focus Captain 7x50 Compass binoculars guarantee sharp and contrasting images with faithfully reproduced colors, thus enabling a correct assessment of the situation even in unfavorable lighting conditions.
The utility values of this product are increased by a built-in compass, along with a convenient scale, which facilitates measuring the distance or estimating the size of the observed objects.
