Asterion EQ5 DriveKit Light is a complete set that allows you to automate the traditional parallactic assembly, which significantly increases the comfort of visual observations, as well as allows you to make breathtaking astrophotographs with long exposure times.

The drive is realized by two bipolar motors connected with the declination (DEC) and right ascension (RA) axes via belt transmissions. Thanks to the inclusion of all the necessary accessories to the set, their installation is hassle-free and very intuitive.

The operation of the whole system is supervised by a controller equipped with an ST-4 connector, intended for connecting an external camera and the operation of the set in the autoguiding mode with a speed of 0.5x. The assembly can also be controlled by means of the handheld remote that comes with the set.
