After purchasing and paying the voucher, we send an email (PDF) as a PDF voucher. It may take several hours to prepare - please be patient. The voucher is bearer and contains - in addition to the denomination - a unique number and information on how it can be redeemed. You can now give the voucher to the recipient - by sending the voucher file or by printing and handing it in person. The voucher can be used for e-mail orders and in our stores in Warsaw and Chorzów. For online orders, please provide the gift voucher number in the order comment and choose cash on delivery - the voucher value will be deducted from the amount to be paid upon shipment.
