Minox BV 8 × 56 is a durable hunting binoculars, equipped with a multi-layer lens system ensuring a clean and bright image with faithfully reproduced colors.
Binoculars of the BV series are a line of durable optics, with high optical performance, designed for hunters and people looking for binoculars for observation in low light.
The body of the binoculars is made of durable and lightweight polycarbonate at the same time. Covering the tubes with a layer of matte polymer, protects the sensitive optics from damage and provides a stable and comfortable grip.
Adjustable eyecups and a large distance from the pupils (23 mm) are invaluable solutions for people wearing corrective lenses. We adjust the focus using the central, large knob. On the bridge there is a socket for mounting the binoculars on a tripod, which stabilizes the image and allows you to keep your hands free.
The optical system consists of multilayer lenses in a roof system that provide a contrasting and bright image, with a large amount of details and naturally reproduced colors. The exit pupil diameter of 7 mm, high twilight efficiency and very good light transmission make the binoculars work well when observing in low or residual lighting, i.e. at dusk, dawn and moonlit night.
The wide field of view (114/1000 m) allows observation of dynamically moving objects, which will especially be appreciated by hunters during sit-outs. By sealing and filling the barrels of the binoculars with dry nitrogen, the optics do not evaporate, they are resistant to rain, snow and total immersion in water at a depth of up to 3 m.
