Knife designed by Kit Carson with an aluminum frame with a powerful, bulging blade in the Spear Point version. Equipped with an AutoLAWKS blockade.
When Kit Carson's series of knives with an aluminum handle is a huge success, it is impossible not to ask for more versions. In this case, it was a Spear-Point blade with a clearly defined belly and a concave cut (recurve). As soon as we saw the first sketches, we knew we would be offering it in two sizes.
The blade is based on a spear-point type with a non-reflective frost finish. High-grade AUS8 steel was used for its production. The blade has a false blade and a convex belly, additionally it has been reinforced along its entire length to achieve maximum resistance to stress. The offer includes both smooth and serrated blades.
The use of Teflon in the knife bearing causes a velvety smooth movement of the blade when opening and closing with one hand using symmetrical pins, which also support the blade. The M21 series has a flipper, which enables faster and more effective opening of the knife with one hand.
The handles are made of 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum anodized in dark gray. They have been profiled to provide a comfortable grip both with and without gloves, and they have weight-reducing cutouts.
The blade is protected by a liner lock against closing. Additionally, we used our patented AutoLAWKS automatic locking mechanism, which makes the knife bear the same load resistance as a fixed blade knife.
