The newest Pulsar AL-915T laser illuminator with a rare frequency of laser emission at 915 nm, which is far beyond the visible range. In practice, such an illuminator is completely invisible both from the side and when looking straight ahead.
The Pulsar AL-915T laser luminator works best with night vision devices with a mount placed on the top of the device, ie the Pulsar Digisight series, as the oval beam of radiation is horizontally oriented (see the photo below).
Portholes with frequencies above 900 nm work best with digital night vision devices, such as Pulsar Recon, Yukon Ranger. Due to the very large range and power, the Pulsar AL-915 laser illuminator is especially recommended for digital night vision scopes, e.g. for the Pulsar Digisight.
The Pulsar AL-915T laser illuminator has a beam focus and power control. Another novelty is the possibility of adjusting the lighting direction with a special rotating ring on the body of the device.
The AL-915 has been able to minimize the "grainy" effect of the image when used with Pulsar's NV series products.
