Tele Vue 2" UHC filter

The Tele Vue UHC 2" filter from the Bandmate Type 2 series is a high-quality narrowband filter designed for observing emission nebulae and H II regions. It effectively improves the contrast between an object and the sky background by transmitting only light in a narrow range of wavelengths - mainly the H-beta (486 nm) and OIII (496 and 501 nm) lines.

This filter reduces the effects of artificial light pollution and diffuse moonlight, making it particularly useful for observing in suburban or humid conditions. High transmission and coating resistance make it both an effective and durable tool.
