Pulsar Digital NV Recon 550 - light, comfortable and innovative digital night vision device, resistant to daylight. It is one of the smallest and most comfortable night vision devices on the market.
Equipped with an f / 1.0 lens and a digital CCD detector, it offers the best range among devices in its price class. There is an analog video output on the body of the night vision device that allows you to connect an external recorder or monitor. It is possible to use this socket as video input, allowing you to view the image from an external source on the night vision display. Built-in infrared illuminator working in the 805 nm band allows the use of the equipment in complete darkness. Optionally, this night vision device can be equipped with an additional side-mounted illuminator operating in the 940 nm band, invisible to observers equipped with analog night vision devices.
The Recon body has a Weaver mount and 1/4 inch sockets that allow the attachment of various accessories. The image can be displayed in black and white, in inverted shades, in green (as in classic night vision devices) and in red (in order to adapt the eyesight to the dark).
