The drive in two axes with equalizer was designed for telescopic assemblies CG-4 (EQ3-2). It eliminates the rotation of the celestial sphere in the axis of right ascension and allows for correction in the declination axis. The drive accurately tracks the stars during long exposures, and thanks to this the image obtained is as sharp as it is possible. There are four speeds 1x (stellar), 2x for tracking, 4x, and 8x for centering.
The drive is powered by 4 R20 (D) batteries. Together with the drive, a controller (corrector), mounting bracket, screw and battery container are supplied. 2 years
