Base for Sky-Watcher Dobsonian 8" telescope is an original Dobsonian base intended for Sky-Watcher Dobsonian 8" Classic 200P and Sky-Watcher Dobsonian 8" Flex Tube telescopes. It can be used as a replacement part for a damaged base or as a base for building a custom Newtonian telescope with appropriately matched tube and mounting dimensions. It is a simple, stable alt-azimuth mount, operated manually in the altitude and azimuth axes.
