The Sky Rover Optics UWA 10 mm eyepiece belongs to the second-generation UWA (Ultra Wide Angle) series and provides a wide 82° apparent field of view for immersive observing. The wide field allows a larger portion of the sky to be seen compared with eyepieces of the same focal length, making it particularly attractive for astronomical observers. The eyepiece performs well for observing planets, deep-sky objects, and also terrestrial targets.
The optical design consists of 7 elements in 4 groups and features fully multi-coated (FMC) optics with high light transmission. Blackened lens edges and a matte internal structure help suppress stray light and improve image contrast. A foldable eyecup and rubber grip section enhance comfort during extended observing sessions.
