The Sky Rover Optics UWA 4 mm eyepiece belongs to the second-generation UWA (Ultra Wide Angle) series and offers a wide 82° apparent field of view for an immersive observing experience. The updated version features slight adjustments to the optical system and a redesigned mechanical structure. The slimmer body and stainless steel barrel improve durability and ergonomics.
This eyepiece is designed for high-magnification observations and performs well when observing planets, the Moon, and bright deep-sky objects. The optical design consists of 7 elements in 4 groups and uses fully multi-coated (FMC) optics to enhance light transmission. Blackened lens edges and a matte internal structure reduce stray light and improve contrast. A foldable silicone eyecup increases observing comfort.
