The Sky Rover Optics 120 mm APO BINO 90° binoculars are a large-aperture observing instrument designed for advanced astronomical use. With 120 mm objective lenses and a focal length of 660 mm, the binoculars offer strong light-gathering capability, producing bright and detailed views of deep-sky objects such as nebulae, star clusters, and wide Milky Way star fields. The 90° eyepiece configuration allows particularly comfortable observations of objects located high in the sky, including near the zenith.
The optical system uses air-spaced doublet objectives with an apochromatic design including a Super ED glass element. This effectively reduces chromatic aberration while improving contrast and color fidelity. A large prism system ensures efficient light transmission and even illumination across the field of view.
The binoculars accept standard 1.25" astronomical eyepieces, allowing magnification to be adjusted depending on the observing target. Each optical tube features independent helical focusing. The body is made from magnesium-aluminum alloy, providing excellent rigidity while maintaining moderate weight.
