The Sky Rover Optics 120 mm APO BINO 45° binoculars are a large-aperture observing instrument designed for demanding astronomical use. With 120 mm objectives and a focal length of 660 mm, the binoculars provide strong light-gathering capability, delivering bright and detailed views of deep-sky objects such as nebulae, star clusters and rich Milky Way fields. The 45° eyepiece configuration improves ergonomics and allows comfortable observation of objects located high above the horizon.
The optical system uses air-spaced doublet objectives with an apochromatic design including a Super ED glass element. This configuration significantly reduces chromatic aberration and improves contrast and color fidelity. A large prism system ensures efficient light transmission and even illumination across the field of view.
The binoculars accept standard 1.25" astronomical eyepieces, allowing magnification to be changed depending on the observation target. Each optical tube features independent helical focusing. The body is made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, providing high rigidity while maintaining a relatively moderate weight for an instrument of this class.
