Sirui Light Stand DK-18 Carbon Fiber Air-Cushioned (Sirui, SKU: 124266 / DK-18) is a lightweight and stable lighting stand designed for both studio and on-location use. Unlike most aluminum light stands, the DK-18 is made from 3K twill weave carbon fiber, significantly reducing weight while increasing rigidity and vibration resistance.
The stand features an air-cushioned damping system that allows controlled and smooth lowering of the center column sections. This solution protects mounted equipment and the user’s hands without the rebound effect typical of mechanical springs. The flip lock system enables faster setup and adjustment compared to traditional twist lock mechanisms.
The leg design includes nine positioning holes that allow the legs to be locked at specific angles for precise placement. The DK-18 is compatible with a wide range of lighting equipment, including LED panels, on-camera lights and compact LED fixtures. A standard 16 mm spigot and 1/4" screw ensure broad accessory compatibility. The rotating center column allows convenient adjustment of the light beam direction, while rubber feet provide additional grip and surface protection.
