The ZWO ASI 585 MM-Air is a revolutionary monochrome astronomy camera that integrates a primary imaging sensor, a dedicated guiding sensor, and an ASIAIR computer into a single device. Thanks to ZWO’s “Dual Sensor + ASIAIR” technology, the camera combines imaging, guiding, and smart control in one compact unit. In practice, it replaces a separate guide camera and external ASIAIR controller, greatly simplifying your imaging rig and making it easier to operate.
The primary monochrome Sony STARVIS 2 sensor offers 8.29 MP resolution with 2.9µm pixels, providing high sensitivity, low noise, and wide dynamic range for both planetary and deep-sky astrophotography. The built-in SC2210_BW sensor is dedicated to guiding. A dual-stage TEC cooling system, zero amp glow, 2 GB DDR4 RAM, 256 GB eMMC storage, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and multiple USB ports turn the ASI 585 MM-Air into a powerful, self-contained control center for your entire astrophotography setup.
