The Antlia Red+ 2" is a long-red enhancement filter from the LRGBR+ Dark series, covering the extended 700–1000 nm band. Designed for deep-sky astrophotography, it enhances the red channel by capturing near-infrared structures and improving detail and color separation in emission regions with complex spectral composition.
Key features
• extended long-red passband from 700–1000 nm for enhanced near-infrared sensitivity • high peak transmission of approximately 95% • quartz-glass substrate with extremely low thermal expansion • off-band blocking of ≥OD4.5 (0.005%) up to 1000 nm • double-sided fine polishing ensuring parfocality with LRGB and SHO filters • advanced edge-to-edge coatings for maximum spectral uniformity • 2" black anodized filter cell with M48×0.75 thread and laser-engraved markings • compatible and parfocal with Antlia SHO 2.5 nm filters due to matching substrate type • intended for astrophotography; not recommended for visual observing
Included items
• Antlia Red+ LRGBR+ Dark series 2" filter in M48×0.75 threaded cell
