The Sharpstar 1.25" (Cheshire) collimating eyepiece is a precision tool designed for adjusting the optics of reflector telescopes. It allows you to quickly check and correct the mirror alignment before observing or taking astrophotography. Simply place it in the focuser to easily assess the position of the primary and secondary mirrors and any deviations from optimal collimation. It can be used not only with Newtonian and Cassegrain telescopes, but also with other optical designs requiring precise alignment of the optical axis.
