The ZWO ASI 662MM (ZWO, SKU: ASI662MM) is a monochrome astronomical camera designed for planetary astrophotography and lunar and solar observations (with an appropriate filter). It utilizes the latest Sony IMX662 monochrome sensor, characterized by exceptionally high sensitivity in the visible and near-infrared wavelengths and negligible readout noise. The camera also guarantees no amp glow , even with long exposure times and high gain settings.
The camera housing is made of anodized aluminum, finished in black, characteristic of the ZWO monochrome versions. • monochrome CMOS camera for planetary astrophotography • Sony IMX662 sensor with backlight, made with Starvis 2™ technology • no amp glow effect even with long exposures • very high sensitivity in the visible light and near infrared range • very low reading noise and large capacity of the potential well • electronic rolling shutter • 12-bit ADC for wide dynamic range • ZWO ASI 662MM camera • 1.25" plug • 1.25" nose • ZWO 1/3" 2.1 mm 150° wide-angle lens • ST-4 cable • USB 3.0 cable (2 m) • documentation • matrix: Sony IMX662AAQR-M (monochrome) • matrix type: back-illuminated CMOS with Sony Starvis 2™ technology • matrix size: 5.6 x 3.1 mm (1/2.8" format), diagonal 6.45 mm • matrix resolution: 2.07 MPix, 1920 x 1080 px • single pixel size: 2.9 µm • capacity of the potential well: 37.8 ke • reading noise: 0.8 - 6.9 e • peak quantum efficiency: 91% • exposure time: 32 µs - 2000 s • shutter type: rolling shutter, electronic • back focus: 12.5 mm • ADC: 12 bit • maximum frame rate: 102.6 fps • compatible operating systems: Windows, Mac OS, Linux • ports: USB 3.0, ST-4 • cooling system: none • minimum permissible operating temperature: -5°C • maximum permissible operating temperature: 50°C • connector: M42 x 0.75 • diameter: 62 mm • length: 37 mm • weight: 126 g 24 months
