The compact body of the flashlight is made of extremely durable polycarbonate, which guarantees durability and provides protection against rain and dust (IP66 class). The Fenix BC22R flashlight uses an efficient Luminus SST40 diode that emits a maximum light stream of 1400 lumens with a range of 156 m. Unlike standard bicycle flashlights, the optical system has been designed so as not to blind other road users. The reflector is equipped with a cut-off line that blocks the upper part of the light beam. As a result, the flashlight only illuminates the road in front of the wheel up to the height of the handlebars, without negatively affecting the ability to see drivers and passers-by. The source of energy is the built-in ARB-L18 battery with a capacity of 3400 mAh, which after charging provides 2 hours and 20 minutes of work in the maximum mode and 41 hours in the low mode of 50 lumens. The battery is charged via the USB-C port, so we do not have to worry about buying a charger and spare batteries. We can control the battery charge level thanks to the LED indicator, which informs us about the energy status in a simple and clear way. • red flashing diode: critical level 1-25%

The Fenix BC22R offers 4 continuous light modes: turbo, high, medium and low, as well as a flash light. One large button is used to turn on/off and change the brightness, which also activates the battery level indicator. Simple and intuitive operation is an undoubted advantage for every cyclist, especially in urban agglomerations with high traffic. The flashlight remembers the last brightness level used. When switched on again, the flashlight automatically activates in this mode (memory function). The low battery warning is automatically activated after a defined voltage level drops (pulsating battery level indicator diode). The flashlight also has overheating protection in turbo mode. For electronic safety, after reaching 60° C, the controller automatically reduces the brightness by a few lumens, which allows you to switch to turbo mode again. • number of modes: 5
