William Optics Ultra-Cat 108 WIFD is a professional astrograph that, thanks to the use of the best available materials and precise workmanship, allows you to obtain incredibly sharp, contrasting and detailed astrophotographic photos.

The heart of this telescope is the five-element optics made in the Petzval system, which, thanks to the use of lenses made of low-dispersion types of optical glass, guarantees perfectly sharp and clear images with perfectly corrected chromatic aberration.

This telescope complements the William Optics range of instruments equipped with a focuser ( WIFD William Optics Internal Focus Design ) with internal focusing. This patented solution allows maintaining perfect linearity even when large SLRs or heavy astronomical cameras are installed, thus minimizing the risk of unwanted vignetting to zero. The focuser is also compatible with the WO EAF automatic focusing system.

The telescope tube is mounted on precisely made clamps, manufactured using CNC technology.
