Utilizing a high torque harmonic drive and a compact design, these mounts deliver high precision and power in a compact head. With unique features not available in other wave heads, the Sky-Watcher Wave series continues to expand the already very popular Sky-Watcher family of astronomical mounts.
With a payload capacity of 10kg (15kg with optional counterweight kit), the Wave 100i is extremely compact and lightweight (4.3kg) and is housed in a durable foam case, perfect for transport. Sky-Watcher Wave heads also offer EQ and AZ tracking modes with RA and Dec home positions, hybrid Vixen saddles, a 0 to 90 degree latitude range, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, RA power off safety brake, 12V 2A power supply (not included), and red backlighting on the latitude and bubble scales to aid the alignment process. • double saddles:
