The AZ-EQ5 PLUS adapter plate (PrimaLuceLab, SKU: PLLFLAZEQ5 ) allows you to replace the factory Sky-Watcher AZ-EQ5 mounting saddle with the PLUS system plate, so you can attach the universal Vixen+Losmandy PLUS clamps and use both 45mm and 100mm rails.
