Dew heater for 280 mm diameter telescopes (PrimaLuceLab, SKU: PLLFAS280 ) is a flexible heating band designed for telescopes with a tube diameter of around 280 mm – such as popular 11″ SCT models, 280/1400 mm Newtonians or 10″ RC tubes. The gentle heat generated by the heating band keeps the optics above the dew point, preventing fogging of the primary mirror or corrector plate and ensuring uninterrupted observation even on humid nights.
