The MAGUS MP60 objective is a plan achromatic objective with infinity correction, offering 60x magnification and 0.80 aperture. It provides high image quality with a resolution limit of 0.35 µm. It is designed for observation of small biological preparations, such as sperm or blood cells, in semen, urine and blood analyses. Chromatic aberrations for red and blue and spherical aberration for green are effectively corrected. The objective lens has a housing with a spring mechanism and allows parfocal observation with minimal distortion. It can be used with wide-angle eyepieces with a field of view of 22 mm and magnification from 7x to 14x. It is designed for work with a cover glass of 0.17 mm thickness.
